  • Every time I try restar my come I get blue screen, cant even bot in safe mode because it give me blue screen :DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE even when i say win 10 to restar to allow safe mode.

    upgraded to win 10 from win 7, worked fine for a day.

    only getting blue screen when I try to restart.

    there is no C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP in my drive :(

    We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.
