We us a SIP Trunk and I don't know how to configure Lync to preserver the caller ID when we forward calls.Wednesday, May 18, 2011 3:50 PM

Hello Eniac,
I assume you have the following scenario:
Party A calls Party B (lync client) that Forwards to Party C.
As Tom Mentioned above The CID of the Of Party A should be displayed by Party C device.
The SIP From header Sent from Lync will remain unchanged by default.

It will usually preserve the calling party ID by default. (i.e. so you don't see the office calling you when it is actually a sim-ring)
What SIP trunk service and gateway are you using (if any)
