  • Right click start choose Device Manager. Locate the card reader, might be under USB or might stand out as error with an exclamation mark, double click it to open the properties, go to the Driver tab, click Uninstall to uninstall the driver. Once done reboot and let Windows reinstall the device see it that helps.
