I am still a novice with app-v, and I am trying to make several things work in our dev environment.
I want to automate deploying applications to the client using the App-V Mgmt Server (not SCCM).
I am told this is possible, but most everything I see mentions using SCCM.
At this point I have several applications sequenced, and they run fine on the client, but I have added the applications from the app-v client manually (from app-v client I right
click on application, new application, etc…).
I want to automate this process but I am unsure how.
Things I have already done:

Set up the publishing server from the client.
I know it is communicating with the mgmt server because when I click refresh, the “next user refresh” message goes from “On Login” to “Ongoing” for a moment.

Created an Active Directory app-v group and added it to app-v applications.
What else to I need to do to make this work?
