  • Hi Saiprasad001O,

What is your Office language version, English or Arabic?
Does this issue only occur to Word? Have you tried copying the content to Notepad to see if it still displayed as empty box?
It is also recommended to have a check in other Office applications like Excel and Outlook, etc.

This forum is for English mainly Microsoft Office. Please understanding that we are lack of environment to test with the Arabic characters in Word application. You can confirm if there is any issue when using this font for English characters.

Personal suggestion, please try the font suggested by another user in a similar thread: Sakkal Majalla font (https://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/family.aspx?FID=375),  which is a Microsoft font pre-installed in Word 2013.  You could also look for more fonts from the following Microsoft typography website:

    Hope it is helpful.
