Answers

  • Have you validated the health of the DP that it is trying to download content from?

Have you, using DP Content Explorer, validated that the content is indeed on the DP?

Have tried simply updating the package on the DP (not refreshing or resending)?

  • you are getting the error "Failed to resolve the source for SMS PKGID=DCH0011D, hr=0x80070002"

could you make sure the source for package DCH0011D is available on DP?? and 0x80070002 comes when network access has some problem, so check your network access account also.

The Network Access account is used only for accessing the content and not for running the task sequence. This account should have the minimum appropriate permissions on operating system deployment content it needs to access. This account is important because the computer receiving the operating system does not have a security context it can use to access content on the network.
