    I am wanting to know if there is a way to deny the use of saved credentials with a microsoft pptp vpn.  Specifically, the option of saving the password that is given within a microsoft pptp vpn.  Is there a way that this can be denied at the server.

    Hi mmark751969,

    According to your description, you don’t want to recommend the credential for VPN connection. We may change the connection properties to achieve the goal.

    What is the OS of the VPN client?

    In windows 2012, 2012r2 and window 8, we may follow the steps to change VPN connection properties. Open VPN connection properties, click options, uncheck “Remember my credentials”.

    In general, when we set up VPN connection, the option “remember my credentials” will be checked in default, we may uncheck it at that point too.
