Incoming emails from a specific customer delay around 5 hours RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    Server: SBS2008

    Exchange 2007 SP2

     

    For some reasons my colleague could not receive incoming email from one customers instantly as it should. The email delayed for about 5 hours and it rarely happens. 

    What I did was to check queue mail at that moment but nothing there. I tried to run MailflowTroubleshooter  tool and received error below:

    Any suggestions would be really appreciated!!!
