2 calendar webparts in sharepoint that sync into one visual monthly calendar RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is there a way in sharepoint to have 2 calendar webparts that sync into one visual monthly, weekly daily calendar view?  The distinction between the two (or more) calendars would be personal vs. project activity.

  • Hi rachelcostanza,

It is not possible to do this out of box, to check the two calendars at the same time, here I have a workaround: make the two calendar web parts into one page.

    1. In the first calendar page, click Site Actions->Edit Page.

    2. Click “Add a Web Part”, in the “Add Web Parts” page, choose the second calendar, click “Add”.

    3. As to the second calendar web part added, click edit->modify shared web part, choose “Calendar” in the Selected View drop down list, click “OK”.

Also, there is a third party product of Calendar Plus web parts which someone has achieved, for more information, please refer to:

    Best Regards,
