mail encryption warning RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello Outlook Pro's!

When i answer to a encrypted email, so the mail from me is also encrypted.

When i answer the email, but add a second recipient where i don't have the public key, outlook warns me "encryption problems". Then i had the option to send the email unencrypted. And that's okay so!

Is there any solution, that the message does not appear and the message will be send automatic unencrypted?

I had install Office Professional Plus 2016 with Exchange 2010.

    Many thanks for your help!

    Greetings Dominic

  • Hi D. Augstburger,

According to my research, I’m afraid that there is no such an option in Outlook to realize this.
