Users subscribed to a report RRS feed

  • Question

  • How can I determine what users are subscribed to a report in SharePoint 2007?

  • What is your definition of a "report".

Admins can click to view alerts per user.  Go through the steps to add an alert, and click the 'View all alerts in this site' (or something close to that.)

  • Not alerts--reports that use SQL Reporting services.

  • Are you looking for number of hits for that Particular report? Or are you looking for Number of User visited this report? If you required this information then you will get in site uses report. I am not aware if you are asking about SSRS subscription feature of "SQL Server" how many people has subscribed this report?  Also if you are finding how many reports has been subscribed you will get using by firing below SQL Query

    SELECT

          c.Name AS ReportName

          , rs.ScheduleID AS JOB_NAME

          , s.[Description]

          , s.LastStatus

          , s.LastRunTime

    FROM

          ReportServer..[Catalog] c

          JOIN ReportServer..Subscriptions s ON c.ItemID = s.Report_OID

          JOIN ReportServer..ReportSchedule rs ON c.ItemID = rs.ReportID

          AND rs.SubscriptionID = s.SubscriptionID

Hope this is what you are looking for.
