I am getting into creating response groups for call centers. I have been given an issue of if someone doesent answer the phone in the response group after 15 seconds the call needs to be forwarded to another call center which is not attached to this lync
deployment in any way. when i set the "forward to telephone number" i can only enter the number in as905555555@sipdomain.com. the issue is that number does not exist
in the deployment on in my snooper logs i get a SIP URI does not exist.
Any way of resolving this,
