  • Question

  • It will just stay at loading profile status for about 30+ seconds. How is it possible? How to fix this?

  • There is another thread that addresses this issue, though no resolution, other than downgrading, has been proposed.  The Microsoft technician that was working with us submitted the issue to Microsoft for resolution.  Please check out this thread  (Forum won't let me post the link) and maybe it's the same issue you're experiencing.

    Peace, Gary

    Hi,

This issue has been submitted in an internal way. Any updates, I will post back to inform you. Currently, you could revert to a previous version of Office as a workaround.

    >>However, downgrade is not a solution because it will update to latest version again itself.

To prevent the newest version of Office Click-to-Run from being automatically reinstalled, follow these steps:

    1. Click File, and then click Office Account.

    2. In the Product Information column, click Update Options, and then click Disable Updates.

  • Hi,

What is the specific version number of Microsoft Outlook you are using?

Have you tried with a new Outlook mail profile?

    Regards,

    Steve Fan
