My web application was transferred to the new server but now the following error is issued when i want to modify Content query web part

I'm afraid you would either have to examine the ULS log or disable CustomErrors to get some more information about the error that you are getting. "An unexpected error has occured" is just too generic.

i restore web application in new server.

now when i want to modify content query web part properties receive this error

an unexepted error has occurred.
