Basically, i have a Problem (i assume) with the build System inside vs 2010, where a managed resource file does not end up in the satellite assembly in the way it's supposed to be.
(i'll be out of Office for the next 10 days, so i'm sorry, but i won't be able to mark your answer if it Comes later than 5 hours from now. i'll still appreciate you help.)
