Cannot find Process performance counter

Windows 8 Enterprise x64 (machine is domain member).
Starting PerfMon.exe gives following message:

Next I try to add Process counter:

Where is the Process counter and how to "enable" it again ?

Thanks, however it didn't solve the problem.
LodCtr.exe /R:PerfStringBackup.INI returned with error code 1006 and didn't solve the problem.

I "took the chance" and entered LodCtr /R instead, got error code 2 instead of 1006 but it seems to work ok (and the error message when starting PerfMon also disappeared).
