Trail Project 2013 - Kills Office 2010 apps RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I installed Project 2013 (60 day trial) to evaluate it had had the nasty side effect of telling me that all the office 2010 apps are Unlicensed Products.

And advice on how to tell Project that the Office 2010 was licensed?

Will removing Project 2013 resolve the problem?

    Thanks

  • Thanks for the advice. I did try a repair of Office 2010 and then re entered the Product Key. But no luck.  I then un-installed Project 2013 and re did the process. Still no luck.

I then took a major plunge and installed Office 2013 Pro as an upgrade and after numerous boots we are now back with a functioning system. I think.

  •  Did you install Project 2013 side by side with 2010 or did you do an upgrade to your 2010?
Other than that, Try going to Control Panel> Uninstall Programs> Select Office 2010> click on change then do a repair and if you have the key try adding it key again.
