  • Hi Minesh,

I’m not clear about your description, do you mean how to read SharePoint log files? The log files is in the logs folder, contains error logs and usage logs, here are some tutorials about SharePoint logs, you can refer to it for more information:
    View Log Files:
Using Event and Trace Logs in SharePoint:

If it isn’t the issue, would you please provide more information about what “Admin Service file” you mean.

  • Some years later: I am also wondering about "AdminService.log"-File in my ULS log folder.

    The size is just 1MB

Since a year there are just following entries:

    07.01.2016 05:57:45    TagId=0    Pid=1748    ThrdId=133    Level=Verbose    Category=msoulscat_WSS_General    --    Entered SPAdvApi32.CheckRestartService(SPTimerV4)
    07.01.2016 05:57:47    TagId=0    Pid=1748    ThrdId=133    Level=Verbose    Category=msoulscat_WSS_General    --    Exiting SPAdvApi32.CheckRestartService
