    Hello,

    I am trying to understand out how I can export a flat file from my outlook address book that includes the basic fields on a contact card.  For example: (Name, Title, Location Details, Number, Email, Department, Reports To, Direct Reports, etc..).

    Hi CG,

    If you are using Outlook desktop client, you can export your Outlokk contacts to a Excel file with basic fields.

    1. In Outlook, click File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
    2. Select Export to a file > Comma Separated Values.
    3. Then selcet your contacts to epxport. You will get a excel file with basic fields.
