  • Question

  • Since downloading Windows 7, problems  with too many libraries or folders  just seem to automatically occur.I currently have 8 folders of my pictures,  unwanted, with copies of anything with a picture in it such a games, etc.  I need to condense and clean these folders without losing the pictures.  They are backed up on another hard drive but with all this mess too.  Is there an easy way to edit and delete the excess libraries?   Thank you for any help!  MJ   MJZG2KYSLZ8Z

  • Please be aware that removing the folders in the Library won't remove your pictures files in your computer, it just remove the library.

In my opinion, it's better to rebuild your library setting first, please open your Libraries, then right click the Pictures, and click the Restore Defaults button. Now, you should don't have the unwanted folders under the Pictures, and you can make the change as your wish.

I hope this can help you!
