  • Hi Paul,  At 37% during the check-in job the project is applying any updates.  The best approach would be to check for any recent updates that are pending - if the PM is the only PM then he may be able to see these on his Approval Center history page.  Hopefully that may give a clue the the failure - but it appears to be finding a NULL value when it is not expecting to.  Perhaps some data changed in the background while this update was wating to be applied.

If you can't work out what happened then opening a support incident may be the best approach - and we can then help identify what is up with the update.

    Best regards,

    Brian.

  • Hi there,

Are there any jobs for this project that are not complete yet? Change the job history to go back to the last time this project was editted and refresh the queue.

    Thanks

    Paul

  • I went back 2 months, not showing any data in the queue that far back though.  The checkout that I can't force in is nearly a month old.

His local cache in project shows nothing under either filter as well.

  • If the project isn't in his local cache, what happens when he tries to retrieve and open it from the server?  It may give a warning, but this may allow him to open it, close it, and check it back in.
