  • Hi St33l43v3r,

According to Exchange Server Supportability Matrix, it is not supported to instal ESM on a Win7 client:

The wordaround is to install ESM on a Windows 7 client as following:

I would also suggest you use RDP to connect to Exchange 2003 via Win8 client at the moment.

  • Use RDP??? Seriously? This is frustrating and disappointing… When can we expect a solution instead of a work-around?

  • Maybe this could work...

  • I can't speak to when and if Microsoft will produce products, but if I were you I wouldn't hold my breath.

  • When MS updates the code for Exchange 2003 to run on an O/S that didn't exist in 2003. When do you think that will happen?

Seriously, either use RDP or update your Exchange server . . . and forget about managing anything Exchange with ADUC on Windows 8.

  • That's not going to help with the ADUC. Exchange 2010 never used ADUC (nor did Exchange 2007).
