FIM CM - Smart Card Printing RRS feed

  • Question

  • If I enable card printing in a smart card profile template, I get the following error returned in the CM Portal:
"Enrollment agent is required in recover policy on profile template [name] because smart card printing is enabled."

The problem is that the 'recover' management policy is not related to smart card profile templates!

  • Thanks for the suggestions Paul A.. greatly appreciated.
Turned out to be the Renew Policy. Typo in the error message.

Try setting it in the Recover on Behalf policy, or disable that policy.

  • There isn't an option to require an EA in the Recover On Behalf Policy..
Disabling the Recover On Behalf Policy still results in the error message.
