we have a problem with printing in an Server 2012 RDS environment. The printer are mapped to the user through group policies and after a random of time the printer are unusable. When start printing e.g. with Word, the error is "handle is invalid".
We can delete the printer an map the same printer manual, so the user can continue with printing.
We tried to remove the group policy and map all the printer manually. In this case, the printer disappear from the enviroment of the user. After remapping the printer everything is fine.
Another effect is the follwing. If we delete the printer in one RDS-session, they disappear in other sessions, too? Why?
Has anyone similiar problems and has anyone a solution?
