  • Hello All,

    Can anyone help me, need urgent help…

    Last active attribute of Skype for business 2015 showing outdated, as per the Microsoft recommendations we applied May 2017 CU but no success.  Can anyone confirm where the last active attribute save ?

    Would you please tell us did you mean that you want to find the latest update for your Skype for business server 2015?

  • HI Alice,

    I didn't mean that, actually most of contact (attribute) in Skype reflecting or showing offline from 80 days but actually they were online yesterday.  In this case as per Microsoft recommendation we applied the May 2017 CU update and after applying the CU issue still persists.  Can you confirm where the last active attribute for presence save ?

    For this issue, we suggest you run the command line in SFB management shell to update your SFB address book:

    Update-CsAddressBook
