  • Hi, 


    I'm with a problem when trying to archive mailbox

    Error: 

    There were errors while archiving. See the detailed report in the deleted items folder.

    On deleted items:

    Error while archiving a folder called in file ..
    It is not possible to turn some items. Moved, deleted, or denied access

  • Hi,

    What’s your account type? Exchange, POP or IMAP?

    What’s the size of Archive PST file? This could be caused if your pst-file has reached its maximum size or holds a corruption. You could first try repairing PSt files to see the result.

    If issue persists, we can create a new PST file for archiving.

    Besides, please clean up your Delete Items folder to see if it helps.
