  • Hi,

    Bug Check 0x50: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

This indicates that invalid system memory has been referenced.

Please try following steps to troubleshoot this issue.

    1. Upgrade BIOS and all the drivers.

    2. Use “chkdsk /f” to check your disk.

    3. Use Windows Memory Diagnostic to check your memory.

Once done, check whether this problem occurs again. Also please check the issue in Safe Mode then let me know the result.

For further research this issue, you could upload the dump files in C:\Windows\Minidump\ via SkyDrive and post a link here.

  • Also, can you zip up the minidump files in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and make available (provide link) via Windows Live SkyDrive or similar site?

The following link has information on using Windows Live SkyDrive:

    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itproui/thread/4fc10639-02db-4665-993a-08d865088d65

If you have problems zipping the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the Desktop

Also, you do not necessarily have to zip up the minidump files, you can upload them one at a time.

  • More information about this error,

To Start, let's rule out a hardware issue

    And enable driver verifier,

After enabling the driver verifier, upload any new dumps in
    c:\windows\minidump to skydrive,
