  • Question

  • I have the standard version of IE11 on my home pc, I went to use my computer after a couple days of nonuse and the shortcut and all information for IE11 has disappeared off my computer, I would like to reinstall but can't find the download for it. Is there any place I can find it?

  • Hi Reeta2,

Firstly, we could type Internet Explorer in the Windows 10 taskbar search and check if it appears in the results.

Or we could open the path in the below to check if we could open the IE

    C:/Program Files/Internet Explorer

If we still can’t find IE 11, we could open Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features. Then on the left of the page, we could click “Turn Windows features on or off” option. Next, we could uncheck the Internet Explorer 11 option and reboot. After the computer starts up, we could check the Internet Explorer 11 option and reboot again.

Hope it will be helpful to you
