  • This ALL depends on several factors. Are you in a mixed environment with Windows 7, 8, 10, vista? How many different model hardware do you have? How are you deploying via USB, PXE? Are you doing a custom TS or a standard one?

    I need more information about your environment before I answer your question :)

    I need more information about your environment before I answer your question :)

    MDT is only used for image creation and the image created is a thin image with only Office and VC++ installed
    The image created will be deployed using SCCM.

    Most customers have pretty similar TS where main difference is Office customization and other minor Windows customization.

    Different customers will have various Windows 7 and or Windows 10.
