  • Hi,Ajitulegi,

First of all, would you mind answer me some questions:

1)Does this only happen to users in this MailboxDatabase?

2)Does this happen to any emails to these users or only special senders?

3)Have you checked the send connector on your Exchange server to see if there are multiple send requests?

4)Would you please move one the problem users' mailbox to another store to see if the problem still exists?

5)Did these user use ActiveSync with some mobile devices such as Blackberry?

6)Did you check these users mail rules to see if they cause the message sending to two or more places to satisfy the rules?

And I noticed that you said the duplicated message has the same message ID it is not Exchange sending it to the user, maybe a corrupt OST or profile? Please try to recreate the profile and see if it fixes the issue.

Also please check the task manager to be sure that there is only one instace of Outlook running.

Please check the following two KB articles to see if they apply to your issues?

  • Hi

are they using POP accounts or Exchange accounts? Can you check if there is scheduled downloads setup on outlook?

If you re-create the profile on one of the accounts do the duplicates carry on? What AV is running on the machines?

Can you disable AV and test again?
