SharePoint Online - Where`s the PowerApps button?

    Question

  • Hello,

I wanted to try out PowerApps but unfortunately I`m unable to find the buttons to start it in our SharePoint Online tenant. I want to stress that we have a third party design. We are using the modern UX, though.

For example, this screenshot shows that I should be able to find it under the "All Items" dropdown.

Other screenshots show that it can also be found in the bar above the document library content, together with Flow.

Any ideas if this is a feature that could have been deactivated by the design of the site or if it`s an option in the tenant to deactivate PowerApps and Flow?

    Thanks a lot.

  • Yeah, that`s exactly where it doesn`t show up, as well as in the drop down shown in the initial post`s screenshot. I guess this has to do with our custom design. I guess I`ll have to talk to our vendor about this.

    Thanks.

  • Hi,

    yes, it`s there, awesome.

However, it`d nice if I could create the app directly from a SP list as this presumably sets the data source.

But I`ll figure this out (just starting with this).

    Thanks for the help.
