  When I try to used Windows Live Messenger in VISTA x64 I got this message:

  C:\Program files (x86)\Windows Live|Messenger\msnmsgr.exe

  The application has failed to start because its Side-by-Side configuration is incorrect.

  Please see the Application Event for more detail.

  The Event made an explain of error in manifest or police file and conflicting components
