unable to save the project in pwa 2013 RRS feed

    I open the project in pwa by using the option "In browser for Editing ".When i am trying to save the project after doing some editing its not saving it just show the option processing and after long period of time it fails.what should i do to overcome it.

    Hi Ashish,

    It could be due to many reasons. You should first go to the PWA server settings and check for the queue message which will give more détails about the issue.

    I trust Queue job will give clear picture about the issue, however,

    Create a new project and isolate whether the issue is with that project or all the projects.

    If the issue is only with that project, check-in the project in PWA, later edit & save again, check the status.

    If the issue is with all the projects, check another EPT, check whether the EPT is associated with Project templates. If possible remove the Project template and check again.

    Otherwise, Open the plan in Project professional, save and publish. check the status.
