Asked by:
MAPS stuck on 1 collection remaining

Question
-
Prior to 1st May, MAPS 9.8.8.0 was working fine, inventoring and updating as normal.
Yesterday 1st May, created a new DB for May's inventory and now MAPS sticks constantly at 1 collection remaining.
Nothing has changed, nothing in the event log, thought would leave it over night and is still stuck after 26 hours of running a scan, which usually takes around 20 minutes.
Anyone know whats going on?
Thanks

Hi,
Could you please share the log file to mapfdbk@microsoft.com.
The log file should be present at “C:\Users\<current user profile>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\MAP\ MAP Toolkit”.

Same issue here. 682 machines inventoried. Over the last 16-20 hours it has been trying to process the last 3 items, currently stuck at 1 collection remaining.
