  • Dear All ,

    please i wanna know witch solutions are better

    1- System Administrator Computer be Joined to the domain with a known name like " administrator-PC "

    2- System administrator Computer be not joined to the domain with a common name like " Contoso  "

  • It is not a good idea to have "administrator" in the name of a computer. But it should be joined to the domain.

  • Just name your devices with a logic structure and an incremental number.

    For example: location-devicetype-number
    which could result in NY-PC-1234  and NY-PRT-01  

    There is no need to name a device after it's users.

    But from a safety point, it's more important not to do your daily work with an Administrator account. Just give you self a "regular" account and login with Admin credentials when you need to.
