Dual Boot with Windows 7 RRS feed

  • I have a HDD (1 Terbyt) presently formatted as NTIS with 900 G free space.  I wish to partition the disk with a with a second copy of Windows but with  French language interface. Since the disk presently has Windows 7 in English will it be possible to create a dual boot in another language

  • Hello starword.

    You can do that: when you set up a dual boot configuration, each Windows installation is completely independent from the other one, so you can install another copy of Windows 7 that uses a different language.
    The only side effect could be that the second Windows 7 installation will overwrite the original boot sector and will display the OS selection menu in the language of the second Windows installation.
