    I'm getting an error 1723 when trying to open my word document a problem with windows installer a DLL file is missing I have tried re installing windows essentials 2012 but it doesn't fix the problem.

    Did this issue occur on a specific Word document or all word document? Could you let us know the exact error message when you attempt to open the Word document? why did you install Windows Essentials 2012?
