Sequence failure for word viewer 2003 RRS feed

    Hi:

      I just setup a test sequencer server environment with vmware base on Softgrid 4.5 beta trial guide, when I follow the step try to sequence the word viewer 2003, the installation always failed, the msg is "word viewed installation aborted with an error", and I can not find any log file point out what exactly problem is.

     Then I tried to install the word viewer without virtualization monitoring, and it always successfully no matter the install folder under q: drive or it's default directory. Please help to advice how to troubleshooting with this issue.

    Have you tried with the latest RC build or the old beta build?

     

    One thing to look for (from the Sequencer's option) is whether or not the "Allow use of MSI" option is on or off (should be on as default)?

    Did you try to Sequence the app with a newer build, if so, did it work?
