Netscaler OWA reverse Proxying broken after Exchange Update RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

We are using a netscaler to do OWA reverse proxying for Exchange 2007 SP3, we installed Rollup 11 on the primary CAS server last night and it seems to have broken the reverse proxying.

I am getting the following error when logging on externally via the netscaler, however internal access is fine:

Outlook Web Access is not currently available for the user mailbox that you are trying to access. If the problem continues, contact technical support for your organization and tell them the following: The Microsoft Exchange Client Access server that is proxying the Outlook Web Access requests is running an older version of Microsoft Exchange than the Client Access server in the mailbox Active Directory site.

Does anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix?

  • Hi,

Since the internal OWA works, it means the OWA virtual directory and related settings are fine.

I think we may need to contact the Netscaler support to see if there are any log files can help the troubleshooting.

    Thanks,
