"Support Group" and "Assigned to" assocication RRS feed

    CAn you associate the "Support group to the "Assigned To" field  For example if i have a support group of "Email" and i want to assigne it to "Email Support"  how do i do this in Service manager 2012?  Is it even possible?

  • There is no association or relation between the enumeration list "Support Group" / "Incident Tier Queue" and the SCSM object class "Windows User and Groups" or relationship"Assigned To".

    And as far as I know you can't create such a association. Only option is to use the same naming convention.
