Knowledgebase on the portal has stopped working RRS feed

  • Looking for some help on figuring out why my portal is no longer bringing up results in the knowledgebase. As of a couple weeks ago, when anyone tries a search, nothing is returned, not even an error message. I have verified that KB's are in SCSM and that they are published. The most recent major change that I can think of is that we went from the base version of SCSM 2012 R2 to UR7.
