Are All Internet Explorer 10 Processes Protected By EMET 4.0? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm running Internet Explorer 10 Desktop on Windows 8 64-bit.  I don't use tabbed browsing, instead I shift click to open links in new IE windows.  However, according to the process list in EMET, it only shows one iexplore process as protected by EMET, the other IE processes show as not protected.  See screenshot below where I have four Internet Explorer windows open.

As a comparison, if you look at the next screenshot, if I add Notepad to EMET you can see all the Notepad processes are showing as protected.  So, is EMET actually protecting all running Internet Explorer processes or not?
