Hi, I have an image which can't be displayed correctly by Windows Explorer.

It's a submarine image. The image can be displayed correctly by IE7, but it cannot when I open it by Windows Explorer and Windows Photo Garallry. Both applications displays a slender image like a border.
Does anyone know why both Windows Explorer and Windows Photo Garallry has different result with IE7?
And, it will be fixed by SP1? I'm using Windows Vista 6.0 build 6000.
