SCSM 2019 Workflow Incident Escalation RRS feed

  • Hello,
    I have a Question how to move an Overdue Incident to Incident Escalation. I have Setup SLOs and they are working fine. I see the incident over the Right time period in my Overdue Incident Folder. What I want is, that Overdue Incidents are moved via workflow if some criteria Match. Right now I don´t know how I could do that… :( 

    Could someone help?
