Failed to make volume C:\ bootable. Code 0x80004001.

Hi All, I have been trying to install an OS in a Hyper-V VM. But it it keeps giving me subjected error. Attaching smsts.log for more info. I know there were many instances related to this error but i didn't see a straight solution yet.

So in Hyper-V, you're choosing New Virtual machine...
Next
Name it and determine where the VM should reside...
Gen 1 or 2
MB Memory (4096 is standard)
Connect to your configured server network adapter (which is virtual adapter)
Create Disk and name the VHDX file (I change GB to 80)
The next screen is where you change the first option if you have a DVD of the OS
and browse to your ISO.That's it. The VM will boot up to the DVD and install the OS.
There isn't really a way to change your boot drive or volume. Besides, at this point it's
still just an empty VM until you boot up. Once the OS is all done, on top of the VM click
Media, and disconnect the source drive where the ISO was.
If you're doing all of this, then perhaps you have bad media. But I would first delete that VM
