Call/LegTransaction Does Not Exist - Sip Trunk RRS feed

  • I have just received a sip trunk for testing my Lync EV Deployment, when i try and call inbound to the DID i get this error in the mediation server/frontend event log

     

    Call/LegTransaction Does Not Exist, any one have any idea what this means?

  • Firewall, wrong Port.

    How do you connect your SIP trunk, Provider, IP PBX. Lync accept only E.164

    Is your SIP trunk provider listed on the OIP page?If not you should get some more help from your provider,the Audio Coedc they are using for your trunk should be G711.

    Also please follow the TechNet document to configure the trunk and translation rules,meanwhile check the firewall and ports.
