need help for setting maximum allowance of cpu usage from a remote user RRS feed

    hi

    i have a server running windows server 2008 r2. iam looking for an application that can control how much cpu (like 40% maximum) allow to be consumed from an installed application of a remote desktop user. i really appreciate if anyone can help me to find this application or any way to do this setting from the server.
