Event ID 32034 - LS Storage Service RRS feed

    Hello,

    my task is to investigate an issue on one of three FEs in an enterprise pool.

    The first FE ist brining the event with

    Event ID: 32034

    Source: LS Storage Service

    Level: Warning

    Description:

    "Primary Storage Service host not found for a Storage Fabric Service.

    Host ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    Cause: A call to windows fabric to query for this storage fabric service returned null.
    Resolution:
    This condition means a caller of storage service is sending in stale references. The situation should auto correct itself. If the problem persists, notify your organization's support team with the event detail."

    It comes every 10 - 20 minutes.



    We have already failed over and back with no luck.



    OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter, Patchlevel 2018-03-01



    Fabric Version is 3.0.8549.9492



    Or users do not report any errors.

    The output of Get-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus, Get-CsManagementConnection, Get-CsPoolFabricState -PoolFqdn looks good.

    Any ideas what to try next?

    Hi Superlurch,

    Please open Lync server Control Panel and click Topology to check if all servers show normally.

    Please try to reset the pool registrarstate and monitor if this keep on happening

    Reset-CsPoolRegistrarState -PoolFqdn "atl-cs-001.litwareinc.com" -ResetType FullReset
