One of our hosted terminal servers has a custom app running on it that sometimes has print jobs that hang and causes performance issues for all users. I need to create a rule in Ops Mgr that will cause an alert when one of these print jobs hangs. If I could just have a rule that tripped an alert whenever the print job was in the queue for longer than 30 minutes or something I think that would probably work, but I have no idea where to begin to do this. We are running System Center Operations Manager 2007.
