  • Hi Jud4ks,

If you just create the only two DNS records, it is not enough.

The following DNS records are necessary for internal configuration.

It recommends you refer to the deployment of Skype for Business server:

  • We have created all DNS records and now  its able to discover the SFB server, but getting below login  error.

Validated the SIP domain and UPN are the same.\

Then Validated the Snooper Logs shown below

"There was an error communicating with the endpoint at 'https://fqdn/WebTicket/WebTicketService.svc'.
The server returned HTTP status code '403 (0x193)' with text 'Forbidden'.
The server understood the request, but cannot fulfill it."

  • Hi Jud4ks,

Do you enable users in Skype for Business control panel?

  • Hi Jud4ks,

The client should be added in the domain or installed the root CA.

When install the root CA, it needs to export root CA from Active Directory machine and import to client machine.
